Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty: Every watch is backed by a one-year warranty against movement and manufacturing defects.

Returns: Returns are accepted exclusively for the first 10 days after delivery of the watch for manufacturing defects or issues with the watch movement . For eligibility - a clear video of the watch showing the defect must be sent to care@indianmodders.com . Secondly after our team verifies the problem and if there is faulty movement , we will initiate return pick up of the watch .

The watch must be unworn and in unused condition.

Buyer has to ship it back to us for replacement of the movements at their own expense . We will rectify necessary errors and ship it back to them within 15 - 20 days 

Refunds: Faulty watches proven to have manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement within 3 days of receiving the watch .
