Operating at www.Indianmodders.com, herein referred to as "the Workshop," specializes in meticulous hand-assembled custom watch modification and customization services. The Workshop is an independent entity, not affiliated with Seiko Watch Corporation or any other watch brand.

1. Services Offered                                                                                                                  The Workshop offers custom dial designs, hands customization, movement upgrades, bezel and case modifications, and other customizations for watches.

2. Ordering and Payments                                                                                                        2.1. Full payment is required in advance for custom watch mods. Accepted payment methods are detailed on our website.                                                      2.2. Payment must be made before custom watch modification begins.

3. Turnaround Time                                                                                                       3.1. Standard turnaround time for custom watches is 2 - 3 weeks , varying based on complexity and workload.

   3.2. Completed custom watches are shipped after testing accuracy and water resistance  .

4. Warranty                                                                                                                      4.1. One-year warranty on the watch movement used in custom watches, covering workmanship and materials defects.

   4.2. Warranty does not cover physical damages, modifications made by the customer, or damages from mishandling and improper use.

5. Customer Responsibilities.                                                                                              5.1. Customers must provide accurate custom mod instructions and before we start building the watch .                                                                                           5.2. Workshop is not responsible for shipping damages.

6. Privacy Policy                                                                                                             6.1. Customer privacy is respected, and information is used only for order fulfilment. Refer to our Privacy Policy on our website.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property                                                                      7.1. Custom designs and modifications remain the intellectual property of INDIAN MODDERS .

8. Governing Law                                                                                                            8.1. Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of INDIA.

10. Returns Policy                                                                                                             10.1. Customers must ship watches to INDIAN MODDERS address for returns, at their expense.

    10.2. Faulty movements will be replaced at no additional cost.

    10.3. Shipping costs for returning repaired watches are covered by INDIAN MODDERS.

    10.4. Customers are responsible for secure packaging and shipping precautions.

    10.5. Shipping insurance is recommended for returns.

11. Warranty Details                                                                                                         11.1. Warranty information available on physical warranty card with each watch.

    11.2. Customers are responsible for understanding warranty terms.

12. Use of Genuine Parts from Authentic Sources                                                      12.1. Genuine  movements and parts from Authentic sources are used in custom Modified watches for quality and performance.

13. No Refunds                                                                                                               13.1. No refunds for Custom Made Timepieces ; All sales are final , payment once made will not be refundable .
